PRP plasma rich in platelets

• It is important not to take acetyl-salicylic acid preparations (Aspirin, Andol, Midol) and drugs from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs-NSAIDs (ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen, etc.) for ten days before treatment, because these drugs prevent platelet activation and reduce the effects of treatment. Also, these medications should not be taken for 10 days after the treatment.

PRP treatment is not recommended in the following conditions:

•  Acute diseases and infections;
•  Patients on anticoagulant therapy.
